Our competition dancers recently wrapped up an incredible season by competing at ENERGY Nationals, where they represented StarStruck with outstanding performances, sportsmanship, and heart. We couldn't be prouder of their dedication, growth, and accomplishments throughout the season. Congratulations, dancers—you were AMAZING! 🌟Production National Champions!

🏆 Congratulations to our very own Gianna who danced at the World Cup Finals with Shakira! We are so proud of you for accomplishing one of your dreams and for dancing on the Biggest Stage for all of the World to see!

Welcome to StarStruck Dance Studio

We are looking forward to working with you on the latest choreography, dance technique, and precision. Wouldn't you like to be inspired to perform at a greater level and enhance your appreciation of dance while making it fun, exciting, and a positive learning experience?

Successful dancers must have a positive attitude as well as heart, passion, dedication, determination, and focus. You could be the next star! We have a wide variety of classes and various ability levels for you to choose from. The instructor will evaluate your skills and experience to help you select the proper class.

A typical class will include a warm-up, dance choreography, technique, and a cool down. Proper attire is required for each class.

Shannon Lamoreux Bio 

Shannon Lamoreux brings over two decades of distinguished experience in dance, cheer, and performance to the judging panel. Her career spans roles as a performer, coach, choreographer, and competition judge, with accomplishments recognized at both the state and national levels. 

As a competitor, Shannon earned multiple Pennsylvania state and national titles in both cheer and dance. She went on to serve as a Head Instructor for the Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) and as a Nationwide Cheerleading Instructor, sharing her expertise with athletes across the country. Shannon was a five-year member and captain of the University of Pittsburgh Cheerleading Squad and also danced for five years on the Pitt Dance Team. Beyond her collegiate career, she performed professionally as a background dancer for various artists and had the opportunity to perform internationally in London, England. 

Her choreography has been showcased from the elementary to collegiate levels, including All-Star programs across several states, and she has trained thousands of students throughout her career. For the past 25 years, she has led the Yucca Valley Heat Dance Team as Head Coach and, since opening StarStruck Dance Studio in 2006, has directed both recreational and nationally award-winning competitive teams. Under her leadership, her dancers have collectively earned more than 1,000 awards, including accolades for Most Entertaining, Judges’ Choice, Captivating Choreography, and numerous overall regional and national championships. 

With her breadth of expertise, proven leadership, and lifelong passion for the performing arts, Shannon is dedicated to encouraging excellence and inspiring dancers to reach their fullest potential on and off the stage.
